i had my first outbreak - 2 weeks - not knowing what the hell i had - did some research and its oral herpes - yeah - fun -

not really it sucks - i didnt know what to do - did the cream stuff - seemed to help a little - but i think time - was also a factor -

well after reading this site - i bought some lysine - and the next day - my mouth was better - canker sore gone - and my lips showed no sign of the begining of herpes - which was the best feeling ever - because it seemed like i was getting a couple more - i also beleive stress is also an issue - because i have been really stressed since the new year - life is great herpe free - !!!!
