Can prolonged ozone therapy cure herpes permanently?

Recommended Posts

StayingPositiveForever

Has any of you gone through this kind of therapy? I read a couple of studies (they are in eastern european languages/Russian) on ozone therapy in treating herpes and the results were that almost all participants were herpes free 5 years after the experiment. These studies were done decades ago. Why isn't this more widely researched? Unfortunately I don't have the papers at hand, I'm wondering if someone has alternate sources. If nothing comes up, I'm calling the ozone therapist in my area.

The basic idea was that for 2 weeks, every day people go to get ozone "injections" and eat some other supplements. Sounds very promising.

@StayingPositiveForever I’m sorry to say this is a scam.

There is no scientific (or even unscientific) basis as to why or how ozone would remove herpes. No one has even been ‘cured’ with this technique.

Ozone has been proven to completely kill herpes in vitro. And there are studies on in vivo experiments where the subjects didn't experience outbreaks within a 5 year time span. Will need to dig up that research.

One thing to ask is who would benefit from that scam? It is not like ozone is a readily available and sellable product, but requires experts to administer.

Oxygen deactivates many viruses in a test tube. So does Chateau Thames Embankment!

Anyone who suggests you receive an ozone tratement to benefit here’s is scamming.

I say try it! Try anything that will give u hope because sometimes that is all we have. Keep hope alive it might work! I like the alternative way and I know it works the thing about that is what works for me might not work for u. It's like rolling the dice. For example it might heal 10 out of 200 but whose to say that you can't be one of the 10 it could work NEVER EVER GIVE UP EVER! Keep me posted plz

Thanks for this! I'm willing to try it with my current understanding but need to look into it way more. I don't know the effects of so much ozone and if there are possible harmful effects and I can keep this shit away with diet, then I'm probably not going to go to the therapy. I had such a positive experience when I was OB free for so long I almost forgot about the thing. Will definitely post here about my progress! :)

Ozone does help. That’s my personal experience. Study shows it inactivates the virus

I have done about 6 10 pass treatment with hemealumen. The last treatment was in September. I do every day rectal insufflation. The last ob was  in September and that’s because I went on vacation. I have not had any outbreaks or symptoms yet. If I do have some kind of sign of symptom. I do rectal twice a day. I have tried to do 10 pass every month.
I still take the metal detox twice a day

What were your symptoms though before hand? If you started this in the first year of being diagnosed it could be your natural trans gression for most people it’s not a big deal.

The first symptom was weird UTI, then after I find out Neuropathy throughout the limbs, vaginal nerve pain followed with a cut, then it began with one ob. I started ozone as fast as the same month I found out.

We will know in the coming months.  Primary completion is in March and final study completion in May.   If data from previous studies showed that it had no chance to be approved due to safety concerns, then I doubt regulators would have approved this limited phase 2.   I suspect that Terri doesn't think it will be approved for a broader general indication.  Maybe she isn't referring to this trial for immunocompromised patients.   Recall that, the previous trial for general application was suspended due to the animal toxicity studies.  My guess is that, she is simply referring to that. After all, the present phase 2 hasn't even been completed yet, so it would be a bit odd if she already knew it wasn't going to be approved.   Meanwhile, amenalief looks good.  They have tons of safety data from use in Japan.  I don't know if that will count for anything in the US, but the point is that, it's been used extensively (mainly for herpes zoster) in Japan so it's at least fairly safe.  But we'll see.  They will have to do the phase 3 to confirm that.

How do you know that circumcision was specifically responsible for the decrease in outbreaks given that most people tend to break out less over time? How soon after infection did you undergo this?

The thing is it needs to be swabbed within 48 hrs  for the most accurate result. Do you know if you have hsv1 oral cold sores. If you dont then you would of had the actual symptomatic symptoms with blisters and all. If you do have oral hsv1 hsv2 could very well be mild that may lead to similar issues to whay youre experiencing. That's why I say get a type specific blood test it should tell you more sinse this has been going on sinse 2016

Tone123,   Based on the picture, do you think it can't be swabbed? The fact that it reappears randomly in the same spot makes me suspicious it's herpes, but there are no other symptoms. Scooby,   Is it normal for a pimple to just disappear back into the skin? And why would the same 2 pimples appear in the exact same spot and behave the exact same way and then disappear into the skin again? Why doesn't it occur in other areas?

Did you experience any downsides to adult circumcision?
