Question about blisters on scrotum

i was wondering, ive had these 2 pimple like bumps on my scrotum going on a couple weeks now. no pain, no discomfort, and they dont itch. i did shave about 3 weeks ago and these just so happened to pop up after. today as i was inspecting them, i had applied a small amount of pressure to them with my finger nail and out come a really small amount of white pus. wasnt oozing out and there wasnt any clear liquid, but the pus did come out of the pore where the hair grows. is it possible for a herpes blister to do that, or could it have possibly been a pimple, ingrown, or infected follicle?
