Do I have the herps?

Hi all,

I mentioned to @WilsoInAus on a previous thread I received unprotected blowjob a week ago. Since I have a tingling sensation, not sure if its really a burn or itch. I just ignore it (its not intense), are those symptoms usually intense? I took a blood test 3 days later and it was negative. Dr. Told me not worry they are conclusive. This really worries me since just today a cold sore appeared on my lip. I have been under so much stress I haven't been to work in a week I'm hoping that's what causes the sore on my lip since I tested negative for both HSV1 and HSV2. However the are on penis in the picture I included is what is really worrying me. Can this be a yeast infection or does it look like herpes?

Yea a test a few days later isn't quit reliable. Also you've restated negative for both hsv1 and 2. Had you had hsv1 already chances of getting it down there is unlikely. At this point is go to urgent care and get the swab on your lip so you're not in limbo. Also being negative for both you would most definetly kno if you caught it in both locations. You would have the classic blisters and lesions. Not certain about the lip tho so id get it swabbed.

Im sorry if I didn't understand correctly but are you saying if my lip is linked to the oral sex I received I would have lesions on my penis now as well? Doesn't the pic I show look like it? Im so stressed right now IDK if im seeing things or the redness is from grabbing myself with a flash light for the last 6 days.

I don't think I ever had HSV1 especially since the test for it came back negative. I understand that might not show the present. Im just hoping the cold sore came from the intense stress anxiety and restlessness of the last week. I have been to work since Monday.

No you seem genitally focussed and are noticing redness in areas. Just like I did bro. No worries. Hsv1 would be your only risk from a blowjob. If you also did some deep kissing then maybe was caught in both locations. Your testing shows you negative for both and that being said you would of had the classic symptoms in days bro. Flu and the blisters and lesions. I think you're good and just too stressed for nothing. Post a pic of the lesion on your lip if u can. I have hsv1 and it'll tingle maybe burn a little itch and comes the blisters in those stages. Wilso is right and take his advice. Just those few symptoms without lesions is almost certainly something else in your case

its on my upper lip. white bums. I also thing I have one on the bottom. Can these be caused by my stress or is it the incident related most likely?

Hey @Fred R I cannot see anything that remotely looks like a herpes lesion.

Im struggling to see much at all, perhaps there a yeast or bacterial infection but it looks quite normal to me.

I can't hardly see anything too. Trust me hsv1 (antibodies or not will form the blisters and ulcer within days after intense itching. I've had oral hsv1 for decades and that's how it acts. That's not an outbreak bro rest assured

My apologies I'm really not trying to do that at all. I'm very concerned and I went back to doctor today. I explained I have the tingle in my anus at times, constant itch in my testicles. He told me no signs of yeast infection and gave me an antibiotic he thinks will help with the slight irritation.  And those random bumps on my shaft those concern me. I am just looking for someone who knows them to tell me if I'm freaking out or not. My apologies, I mentioned to @WilsoInAus last night that I am grateful such a platform exists during this time I am going through. This is in no way to mock anyone or post my privates.

Clearly you do not have herpes lesions or your doctor would have seen something and tested you.

Your shaft spots look like fordyce spots to me. Notice how you’ve performed puppetry of the penis to push them to the surface - well that happens to pretty much all males, herpes or not.

Yes you have no issues, just naturally occurring fordyce spots.
