The picture shows nothing anyone here can help with.  Nothing looks out of the ordinary.

@Scooby2112

sorry there. It’s just completely tormenting me. When I stretch the foreskin I can see an outline of circles coming in. Is this how lesions usually start? Or do they appear immediately ?

They do not appear immediately.  However in the case of an initial outbreak the first visual sign is usually the lesions and they appear fairly quickly (like oh what’s that bump).

Maybe I’m overreacting @Scooby2112 I did pass the IGG test 3 days after potential exposure <.90 negative ...but I understand this is not a credible test.

IgG test is very credible.  Igm is not.

igg type specific (not combined hsv1/2).

however this test can take 3 months to detect antibodies.

what a test at 3 days tells you is that you didn’t have hsv1 3 months ago.

wait another 3 months and test again.  Then u can have peace of mind.

Lower back pain can be a sign of many things.  It’s not diagnostic in anyway.

@Ely and @Scooby2112 these bumps started 2-3 days ago. What scares me is the prodorm phase becuz I understand the nerve pain starts meaning the outbreak is beginning...

As I said initial infection doesn’t have prodrome.

An initial infection occurs at the skin surface so it doesn’t have prodrome.  Just symptoms.

the second time (or first and all subsequent recurrences) can have a prodrome which is the virus coming from the nerves to the skins surface.

I'm trying to find some kind of photo that resembles these kind of bumps I'm having....when I stretch the skin it just looks like a flat circle

They sometimes have no symptoms.  So it’s tough to ever say never.  But if you do get symptoms what you have shown and describe do not resemble what I have heard/seen.

      150$ it was a urethra catheter and the administered about 60 ml of ozone gas. I believe it was 2 syringes,Painless. I felt like the virus was in the bladder causing some sort of symptoms I had never experienced. The doctor was diagnosing me with interstitial cystitis, after the treatment I haven’t had those symptoms at all. It was minimized the same day. I did the first treatment. I can say I haven’t had sexual inter course either. I felt like that was the trigger

      What helped me after 2 treatment was urethral ozone therapy.

      Yep im male have the same burning feeling inside my penis.  It comes and goes during the tingling outbreak time.  Doesn't  hurt to pee. Very annoying and depressing it wont go away even with antivirals daily and even doubling up on them.  Even after cleaning up my diet no alcohol smoking vitamins orgeno oil DHEA and every suppliment know to help doesn't work.  That's what makes this hard.  My immune system ain't doing shit right now.  Im fucked!  The only hope i have now is some unknown terminal illness is taxing my immune system causing this.
