Ozone therapy and hemealumen Iv therapy works

Just an update of my experience with ozone therapy in conjunction with hemealumen Iv therapy definitely a believer. I have to say without it in my life as a new comber to this situation, would dreadful. 
i have done every month a 10 pass ozone therapy with  Almost every night insufflations, and still my supplements for metal detox, maybe not as religiously as i should. I do find the therapy clears me out of the odd symptoms I had started to experience. I had even gone on vacation and took ozone oil to help ease any symptom preventative, I didn’t get any discomfort when away just when I got back I knew it was time to start the therapy again. I must say it starts acting up when my period starts so I know I have to be setting up my appointment around that time. 
my diet has not been the greatest hopefully I start getting on the ball. 
trying not to eat sugar but it’s hard. 

i have not stopped drinking structured silver. Definitely a believer too.
