@MikeHerp if you reach out to him on Twitter and tell him about Fred hutch I'm sure he'll donate. I've donated and will continue. I've tested negative for hsv2 but I do have oral hsv1

We have done it. No luck.

Thanks a lot for donating!

I'm glad I did the WB and can move forward. Thank you @WilsoInAus for being helpful with my many questions too. And also to @Tone123 who without his help, it would have been very difficult to Get the ball rolling! Thank you so much man. I owe you big time.

Hey @DrumLoop8 terrific that you have a firm answer and are able to move forward with confidence. Thanks for reporting back on the outcomes, really great insights for others that may have similar concerns and unsure of how to proceed!

There is no evidence that is the case, it was a belief but has never been shown in vivo. And even in vitro, a lab, the results are inconclusive as to whether arginine has any impact, beneficial or adverse.

Hey everyone.  Just wanted to post an update in case anyone was following along or was curious. I did my Western Blot 2 weeks ago and finally received the results for it today. I have HSV 1 orally (which I knew since I was a kiddo) And my HSV 2 result came back negative! If anyone out there is not sure and is sitting in limbo about their status, I'd really recommend doing the WB. The process with Terri was seamless. She's super helpful and is there for you through the process.
