the reason I don't get a blood test done is because I've been reading a lot of forums on here where a lot of people get hsv igg done, it comes back negative but later they discover the test was wrong and they indeed had hsv2/hsv1....also I'm really strapped for cash until january
I sure will. I'd love to be able to reproduce some of the CRISPR experiments using cancerous nerve cells.
Even when cleaving cellular DNA, CRISPR has failed to cleave genes that are closely coiled around histones, so it's understandable why it's failed to cleave a tightly bound nucleosome.
Even if CRISPR and all it's derivatives fail, there are other endonucleases that have shown success. Delivery is key.
@fixme1 Well you don't know for sure. It is not an easy thing to bring up, but in my case I felt better afterwards so you might too. Even though I brought it up I still am not sure if we are going to "date" it's something that I have to give him time to process and see if hes ok with it. So I still have a little fear of rejection, but that being said if hes not then its not meant to be and I can move forward.
Have you gone to get a blood test yet?
Don Quixote, it's time you stop fighting wind mills.
If you want to start taking jabs again then don't expect me to sit here and take your deluded crap.
You don't even think there needs to be a cure for HSV and believe that it makes its host stronger. So what interest do you have in the herpes cure research area? Go screw yourself and your inability to not see past your own reality.
