Non H Girl Question

Recommended Posts

If you have a very minor yeast infection, use one dose of monostat 3 day treatment and feel completely cured by the next day, do you have to use the other 2 doses? I mean, I have asbolutely no symptoms. Itching gone, discharge gone.

(Please say no please say no please say no)

Eatyourveggies, I could not take your advice, but plan to for next time (hopefully there isn't one). I had already bought the monostat when you gave advice and I am very broke for about another four days.

Though when I have time, I am going to pick your brain some about organics. I am concerned that my change to organic was the only change with my body around the time I got this yeast infection.

Also, I am noticing alot of organic foods are not good for H, stuff like wheat, etc.

When you make a healthier shift in your diet your body is going to "discharge" or detox old crap floating around. Everyone experiences different amounts and rates of detox. Going organic didn't cause your yeast infection, but might have helped you release old junk and it manifested in this way. But, like I said before, I think it is a deeper issue.

We can pm sometime about it. I get paid the big bucks to help ppl with these and many health issues, but I can give you some advice that may help.

You should take all 3 doses. As with any medicine if you stop taking it when your symptoms are gone but before the prescribed amount is up your body can build up immunity to it and not respond the next time you need to take it (hopefully there is no next time but just in case!)

Have you noticed that it is difficult to tell what is going on down there? I can never descipher if it is a yeast infection or an outbreak...confusing stuff.

Eatyourveggies, I appreciate your expertise. I did do a two week toxin cleanse, also. That's been done for about two weeks. Started it the same time I went organic and I felt GREAT for the entire time I was using the cleanser. My pain levels bottomed out at an all time low and my stamina returned to that of a healthy person. Strangely, within 48 hours of finishing the toxin cleanser, my pain levels went back up and my fatigue returned (though not quite as bad).

I'm trying to just eat healthy and roll with it, though I really wish I could figure out what gave me that monumental two weeks so that I could maintain it. Best two weeks I have had since I got in the accident that triggered Fibro.

Yeah, leebee. Having the same problem with this. Every time I think it is just the yeast infection, I feel a tingly spot and wonder if it is a potential outbreak.

I did get it confirmed that there was the presence of yeast though. Jury's still out on an outbreak struggling to happen. So hard to know. Some of it could be mind over matter.

I agree about doing the other doses, I just thought because they did sell a one day treatment, that maybe I could just stop. But alas, better to side with caution and take all treatments...despite how much I hate them.

@srinivas thank you for the suggestion. Are you on antivirals? How long have you had HSV? How well do you feel now that you are taking the supplements?

It doesnt really mean much yet. They still dont know if the herpes is taking advantage of a diseased brain or causing the disease. Furthermore, there is evidence that Alzheimer's might be caused by oral spirochete disease and even Lyme. Many of you could have oral Spirochetes but the Lyme and is less likely. https://globallymealliance.org/pathogen-cause-alzheimers-disease/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5008232/ https://newsblog.drexel.edu/2016/02/10/do-infections-cause-alzheimers-disease/   Of course it could be both! Maybe having hsv-1 and oral spirochetes quadruples the risk.  In my opinion the spirochete theory sounds more likely and its hard to dismiss neurosurgeons and caretakers getting Alzheimers from a disease that was previously thought to be non contagious. I'd worry more about Spirochetes.

I wonder if people in the military are tested for hsv, because the general public isn’t. You have to specifically ask for it and many doctors don’t even see the point because it’s “so common”. It’s very possible he has it and has no symptoms or very mild random symptoms. Sorry to hear what you’re dealing with. It seems like women’s symptoms are worse than men’s.

No that’s not the issue at all. The absolute vast majority of nerve pain is not caused by herpes. Hence it cannot be used to reverse engineer a diagnosis of herpes. That is exceptinally dangerous and we must do all we can encourage proper diagnosis.
