DoIhaveit?

If so many people are infected with GHSV, surely a fair number of famous people are infected too, right? Ive seen on various websites that Robyn Williams and Janet Jackson allegdely have it... Well, my point is if that were you, wouldnt you be pumping millions of $$$ into clinical trials and new treatments?!?!? I certainly would be!

Do you think they dont see it as a serious problem or a waste of money?!? Well, I guess if you are a famous moviestar or singer, finding a partner wouldnt be a problem even if you did have Herpes!

What do you all think?

More then likely they see this as a minor annoyance more then anything else. And who knows maybe some of them are putting money into funding it. Or maybe even they see it like a lot of us seem to. That is that it's a waste because the pharmaceutical companies are making big bucks off of not having a cure for this so they wont even bother. But really who knows for sure?

I believe that most famous people also live in the shadows like the rest of us feel we have to, remember most of the public still stigmatizes people with this virus as being dirty. They are probably afraid of their public perception of them. Hollywood is all about perception and deceit, imagine what would happen if they admitted they had herpes. Their careers would be over. I agree they have more swaying power to help, and they keep quiet. I know if I were famous and had all their money i would try to help others including myself, just makes sense to me. Take care.

Nick nolte has donated alot of money to research into oxygen therapy. however i find Katie Homes just prefers to give it away to Scientology lol.

Hi, I have the exact same thing and have been to a gp and sexual health clinic and it hasn’t been resolved. Did you get any answers?

a week ago, I went to lab and get my test done for STD. everything is clear on the test except HSV 1.   Ranges are  <0.90 - Negative 0.90-1.09 - Equivocal >1.09 - Positive   And My result for HSV 1 seems to be too high    it is HSV 1 IGG, TYPE SPECIFIC AB 56.90 H ( OUT OF RANGE ) I was paid for this test (full std) everything came back negative except hsv 1, after I seen the result, I called my doctor to made an appointment to discuss this matter. I will most likely request a test from my doctor and have him to check this out.  It's been 3 years I was in USA and had sex just a couple times.   I never had unprotected sex since like 10 years. I was in USA for 3 years now and like i said never had sex unprotected almost for 10 years. Received oral for 5-6 times.   Here is the picture :  The purple marks on my legs are stretch marks due of doing weight lifting. I do have so many of them on my body. As you see in the picture, they are FLAT. not like a bump or pimple. I checked so many pictures on internet but I think mines don't look like herpes but I just want to know your thoughts about this.
